If you are looking for the ultimate beach holiday and just want your family to relax and enjoy this is the place. Great staff, nothing is too much trouble, towel art has to be seen to be believed! Wild wadi access at will is just fantastic if you have kids 5 + they will love it and keep wanting to go back. Not the cheapest option but represented great

Stunning view, fabulous food in lots of restaurants, brilliant gym, great room and amenities Elevators glitchy, front of house staff very disappointing...came across as moody, carpets in rooms and entrance should be replaced for stone, looks dated now. Pool area not staffed sufficiently, busy sun loungers not cleared of towels of those who have left

We came back here as we had such a great holiday 8 years ago and can only say that it has got better!

Can't rate this hotel highly enough. Just enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing week celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The location is perfect, looking out over the Arabian Sea and the Burj Al Arab. The staff were polite and friendly and ensured our every need was catered for. We stayed in one of the rooms which had not yet been refurbished

Have just got back from a 3-night stay at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and can't recommend it enough! You get treated like royalty (as we did everywhere we went in Dubai!), staff are very helpful and friendly and great location. The free-entry to the wild wadi waterpark next door is a great bonus (we got there at 10am and didn't have to queue for anything but from about 1pm it starts getting a little busier). We didn't book our hotel with breakfast but we should have as we ate in the hotel's Latitude
